Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Kompas and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Settings → Privacy and account.
3. Tap Delete my account, then Delete for good.

If you want to keep your history, tap Export my history on the same screen first.

Without the app

Email dunyacengiz@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and write back to confirm. A parent may ask on a child's behalf.

What is deleted

Everything of yours on our server: your account, scores, sessions and notes, boats, sails and equipment records, plans and calendar entries, and squad and crew memberships. Nothing is kept except backup copies, overwritten within 7 days.

Two things deletion does not do:

• A crew's shared wheel stays with the crew. Scores you made together stay for the other crew members, no longer linked to you.
• A paid subscription is not cancelled. Apple and Google bill it, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions first. (There are no paid subscriptions during the pilot.)

Scores still on your phone stay there until you delete the app.
